Hello, I’m Pinar, a newly qualified Personal Trainer based in East London. I’m excited to share my journey with you and help you achieve your fitness goals. My path to becoming a trainer has been shaped by personal challenges, and it is through these experiences that I’ve developed a true passion for supporting others on their journey to improved health, strength, and confidence.

My fitness journey began several years ago, and the gym became a transformative space for me. It not only helped me manage chronic pain but also allowed me to overcome depression and discover the power of movement. As someone living with bipolar disorder and being neurodivergent, I understand how daunting the gym environment can be, especially for individuals with Autism or ADHD. If you feel this way, know that you are in a safe and supportive space with me, where we will tailor your training to meet your unique needs.
